Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but for 1 thing... I had to call support for how to record a form 1099-R. The search function was confusing as it didn't take me to the form but instead popped up other info to select. Support was a great help and the product was otherwise great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wish there was support for Business It was pretty easy to use and I will be using it again but there were some terms that I simply did not understand and found super confusing, I kept having to google stuff and read a million pages of IRS definitions. This product would be 100000% better if there was a Live Chat option with Business taxes, as there is for Personal.
