Rated 2 out of 5 by from Helpful but Sneaky Everything was guided and helpful for sure! It was nice not to have to leave my home to do my taxes! However, I was disappointed that it was advertised as free and then made me pay to upgrade my services after I reached a certain point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes taxes simple and quick! I have used TurboTax for many years now. It makes taxes so much easier to do by yourself. Not having to make an appointment to leave the house for an accountant only to get numerous calls that something is missing is so convenient. (Especially during a pandemic.) I have always received the best deductions without putting much thought towards it. TurboTax will guide you every step of the way. It only takes about an hour to complete an entire return! My only complaint is that the price has gone up.
