Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very good except for pop-up screens I have used Turbo Tax for close to 20 years. I love how the relevant data is automatically carried forward year after year. My complaint this year is that certain pop-up boxes were either unreadable or did not react to keystrokes. After searching on the internet for a solution I found that if I changed my laptops resolution the blank space would now show the content. Then I would reset the resolution back to the normal setting. When I attempted to file my state return and had to login to my Intuit account and confirm the payment info I had to change and reset the resolution each step of the way. Very frustrating! In the end it did work but not the ideal way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Live Expert Help Experience Ever I bit the bullet and paid the extra money to get help from a live expert with my taxes. I have rental properties and special circumstances so I wanted to be sure my taxes were done correctly. Lyle was my tax expert and he was amazing!!! He combed through my return page by page and was so patient and helpful. In total, he spent over an hour helping me and I wouldn't have been able to complete my taxes without him. The expense was definitely worth it.
