Rated 2 out of 5 by from I am dissapointed with this version. I have used TurboTax for many years. This is the first time I have had trouble with my taxes being accepted. First, there was no notice to me that I needed a PIN. So rejection number 1. Then it was the AGI for me. Then it was the AGI for my wife. We always do a joint return. Then it was the AGI for my wife again... I am looking at the last year's tax form. I do see line 11 Adjusted Gross Income. Maybe it is time to check out the other guys....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very user-friendly. We have used Turbo Tax for years and feel comfortable that our returns are accurate and complete. We did not speak to a Turbo Tax representative but will in future if there is a need. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is excellent!! I have used TurboTax for the past several years and came back again this year to prepare and file my taxes as I have complete confidence in TurboTax. My taxes have been completed and filed withoutayerany complications, hitches, or issues. TurboTax is simple, and very efficient and with the extra help of a live expert, it is an excellent choice for any taxpayer!!

The ability to answer simple questions and have the program put all the right numbers in the many forms continues to be a better way to complete your taxes. The mechanized downloads from my financial orgs saves me tons of time by inputting that data quickly and easily. The one exception to that remains foreign taxes. If your investments caused you to pay some foreign taxes the program does a poor job in supporting you getting the credit you deserve. My taxes this year got all messed up trying to claim that credit. I ended up just deleting all that work and going and taking the deduction instead as the program so messed up my return in trying to do that task.
