Rated 5 out of 5 by from TuboTax was simple and saved me a ton of money I have never filed my taxes before and always used an accountant. I don't have anything extra so made sense to try it myself and the steps were super easy to follow and was a LOT cheaper than using my accountant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good Turbo tax has lost all my info from previous filing years and this software is beyond faulty it’s supposed to be free to file and I’m being charged $300 I don’t have to give them I opted out and was still forced to use the payed option, now I’m giving the correct agi and turbo tax is constantly sending the irs $0 when that’s not the amount I entered I’ve been rejected 4 times already because of this nonsense please fix your portals

I like it because it allows me to take my time and enter all the information needed, instead of sitting in an H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt type situation where I'm rushed in and out so that they can get to the next customer. This allows me to see for myself all the tax credits that I could possibly qualify for. Don't really care for the Max service though. Purchased it before and wasn't what I expected.
