My beef is when time to file, they say it costs $20 to file state forms, but when you input the payment data, it suddenly costs $25. Turbo Tax needs to be straight forward when they give the costs before they have you input your credit card data.

This is the first time since I've been using Trubo Tax for over 20 years that I'm not allowed to print my tax return until I efile file it. Major inconvenience because we like to View the printed copy before efiling. Yes, we could have printed it but only for filing a paper copy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good, but some improvements I think there are some great things about this software, but the Montana state return lacks the user friendliness and intuitive nature of the federal filing. I found the state return much more confusing than the federal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Get It Done with TurboTax I can always count on TurboTax to be up to date with the latest Tax Updates and Procedures. They always make it very easy to complete my taxes every year. I appreciate the extra mile they go to provide links, videos, and explanations of new questions or fields to enter on the forms each year. I am also proud to admit that I have been able to file my own taxes every year without the assistance of in-office tax professionals that cost an arm and a leg to get through items that may be new or hard to understand. TurboTax is more cost-effective and professionals are on the other end of the screen in Live Chat or the Customer Service Call-In Center and are just as knowledgable.
