Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Makes Taxes Easy Turbo Tax pulled through for me in a big way this year. I was on Unemployment Pandemic Compensation since April 2020 but failed to file my 2019 tax return on time causing the IRS not to send my 2nd stimulus check. Additionally, less than only 2 days after speaking to a Turbo Tax CPA, the CPA and/or Turbo Tax had the Turbo Tax Platform updated to include the Unemployment Benefit Exclusion of $10,200 approved through the American Rescue Act. Both of these situations made it possible for me to receive a $983 Federal Tax Overpayment instead of having to pay $1200 to the Federal Government due to not having taxes withheld from my Unemployment Benefit Claims. The money was desperately needed. I am very grateful and happy. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and recommend their online services to other people. They have always made doing my taxes much easier and convenient. ~John from KC

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Useful. It took me almost 24 hours to finally figure out how to download the software. Safari kept rejecting the file. Then I tried accessing the download directly from the top, arrow down box, on the top right hand corner of my Mac Pro. That did the trick and the process was smooth from then on. Perhaps this tip will help Mac users with vintage computers and save them time. I hope so! Great to use, once I got there.
