The questions are easy to comprehend and answer. I love that it's easy to hit the "back" button to double check something, and it doesn't disappear or start you back at square one.

I took 2 hours on the phone with service rep, plus repeatedly updating. to the end I was not able to get anything extra from the IRS, just a waste of time an resources. Very disappointed this year.
