Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo Tax was as difficult this year as the previous year. Some of the questions are not easy to understand. I couldn't see all the numbers which made it difficult to know if I still needed to put numbers in or if Turbo Tax was going to do it for me. Most difficult was the State taxes in this regard. I just took a chance and fortunately the miscellaneous numbers had been uploaded when I got to the end. I had to make notes for next time so hopefully it will go smoother.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax One minor issue...I didn't withdraw any funds from my Vanguard Mutual Fund in 2020, but Turbo Tax ask what the cost basis was on a withdrawal. I called Vanguard to find out what was the issue and they contacted Turbo Tax who stated the issue was with Turbo Tax and not Vanguard software. Other than that, my experience using Turbo Tax was Excellent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great tool and experence I needed to consult with experts on two occasions and both interactions were great and resolved my issues. My only issue is that I needed to wait two weeks for an expert appointment. The expert helped resolved the issue within less than minute. Delayed my e-file :(
