Rated 4 out of 5 by from Frustrated that could not download program Had to call customer service. Once my husband used the CD on his computer I could not get my free download on my computer. I had to call. Although cust service got me a free download it took 30 min of my time and i was told to get the other free downloads i will need to call back again. they could only process one download for free !

Very thankful as I misunderstood one of the boxes relating to health insurance and I skipped a box. I ended up getting more on my return thanks to the great product of turbotax!
