Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend Turbo Tax I have never had an issue using Turbo tax for my tax returns. They keep you informed every step of the way when filing. If something is incorrect or incomplete, it's pointed out immediately so whatever it is can be corrected.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax Audit Defence software glitch!! Had issues with 2020 Home and Business and Audit Defense. I added Audit Defense and paid for it, got a confirmation email saying it was paid for but Turbotax kept trying to charge me again when I tried to e-file. I was in an endless loop. Tried restarting, etc. and it still did not work. Had to check the "changed my mind" button and "delete" audit defense to get the program to work.
