Difficult to balance due to roundingI had a very difficult time getting the return in balance with my Balance Sheet after importing from QuickBooks. I thought QuickBooks would make life simpler butt he way the two products work together (or don't work together) took longer than if I just entered manually. Also it was not obvious where beginning balances originated.

Turbo Tax GreatFirst time user. Very straight forward and fairly easy to use. Had problem closing out and making user payment, but after much HELP from TIFFANY ( she was great, spent quit a bit of time with me) she figured it out and I was able to close out. Only complaint - Needs to be easier to SPEAK WITH A LIVE AGENT.
