Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peasy Tax Return Turbo Tax is super easy to use, allows you to go back and review or make changes as needed, reminds you of areas you submitted the previous year, and is just plain great at walking you through the process with plenty of information keys to check something you don't understand.

Complete professional in every sense of the word and kinder than necessary which was very much indeed appreciated. I only wish that everyone needing help filing their taxes would strike out with the same luck as I have today. Thank you once again for all your help and patience Annette, you are truly awesome.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from problems loading the software from amazon I've purchased turbotax for years in CD form and loaded it to my machine. This year we decided to download from amazon. I had nothing but problems and spent numerous hours online with your tech support trying to get it to work. We eventually got it working! (5 hours total online with someone from tech support)
