Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Representative! Billing not so great! Had a wonderful Expert Maria Victoria. She put up with me being cranky at the beginning and helped answer my tax quetions and fix issues I wasn't sure off. She was great but Turbo tax pushes you into making a purchase to see if a tax issue would save you money when it doesn't and you delete that attempt it does not allow you to go back to the cheaper option. I am going to see if this is fixed tomorrow if it is I will probably continue to use Turbo Tax but if I don't get a 80 Dollar refund I might as well just go to a regular accountant that doesn't stress me out like computers and telephone calls.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax keeps getting better and better! I love this and have used it since before WINDOWS and it was a DOS-based entry form. Yes, I'm OLD! It's a much more intuitive UI. BUT, when it said, FIX the SSN of the seller of your home, I kept being told it was wrong EVEN THOUGH TT kept adding the dashes (hyphens) automatically. Then after 5 times, I DELETED the SAME SSN that appeared in the WHITE field in the form, clicked continue and WALA! It saved. This is a PROGRAMMING BUG and needs to be addressed! I'm a Sr. Software engineer and have been for over 3 decades. What's wrong is that when the USER enters a CORRECT SSN or whatever in the field above the form, TT should CLEAR that field "IN" the form out which the user can do but probably has ZERO clue to do that. Once I did CLEAR out the field, TT finally got it and stopped asking me to FIX MY RETURN! The same holds true with the PHONE number. I tried nnn-nnn-nnnn and then (nnn)nnn-nnnn. Then I got ticked off and put just nnnnnnnnnn and finally, TT got it. This is annoying and your coders offshore have ZERO clue on how to program. This is what happens when you have HEADS DOWN CODERS without the ability to THINK like a USER!
