Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2 Minor problems Turbo Tax was easy to use and only ran into 2 problems. First, I had a 1099-R that I couldn't import. There was no obvious way to enter the information myself. Searched for an answer in Turbo Tax help. Found one and it worked. Second, entering 1099-K information for eBay was not straightforward. I kept getting an error message. Eventually, we selected the right boxes and we no longer got an error.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from User Friendly for the most part! I've used TurboTax for the last 8 years, and it's made the process of filing fairly stress-free. As a young person just starting their own independent life, taxes seemed to be daunting and incredibly intimidating. I genuinely am thankful that this service exists. Not only does it make the process digestible for newbies, but it provides some education and allows individuals to develop a sense of understanding rather than just packaging everything up and sending it off to someone else for processing. A very sincere thank you to Intuit and TurboTax for helping me feel more secure and comfortable with my finances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the cost I've used a competitor for years, but this year, the amount owed seemed to high. Tried TurboTax and reduced the amount owed in half! The questions and explanations were more thorough and the upload feature saved so much time.

The ability to scan documents with your phone and have them auto-populate in the fields is very nice. I used the Tax Expert feature and Mona was a big help and answered any questions I had.
