Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will never use again At first it was great. Then my “expert” stopped answering my messages when I had questions about things on my return that didn’t make sense. So now, I received a refund that didn’t match at all with the number I was told and he somehow made it so the state took money out of my bank account, which caused me to have a negative balance. I will never use Turbo Tax again.

I spent literally hours on the phone simply trying to check out after my return was done. Problem is that one cannot use a foreign address, even though that is where I actually live. I would imagine that I’m not the only American living abroad. Customer service representatives were also very helpful, but even they had a hard time figuring out how to make the software work. Finally, it takes a very long time to call through to a representative. The voice recognition software on your answering service had a very difficult time understanding me, even though I typically speak very slowly and clearly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service This is the first year I had a dba and wasn’t sure how to do my taxes on my own in regards to that so I decided to have someone do it for me and she was so helpful and worked with me. She completed my taxes for me so fast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As a young adult! As a young adult without much tax experience and who doesn’t have a trusted family accountant, this service really made my life easier. The service is a bit pricey but still well worth avoiding the headache of trying to find someone you can trust. My love expert Sylvia was very helpful, communicative, and explained things that I had questions on gracefully. It also seems like I got more money back than I ever have before because she was actually going through and inquiring about tax exemptions and such that I normally wouldn’t have done. My state return came back in one week and I’m now just waiting on federal! Such a quick and easy process.
