Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is outstanding! I have successfully used TurboTax to do my taxes for years. 2020 was a year of major change for me. I bought a new home, worked from home, sold a house, retired half way through the year, relocated to another state, and began receiving pension and other income. I used the new TurboTax service to have a CPA prepare my taxes. She couldn't have been more professional and helpful. The process was much simpler than I expected. My taxes were completed and filed in about a week. My refund was higher than expected. The cost was reasonable and less than it would have been to use a private CPA. I will do this again next year and highly recommend it!

So I requested a second opinion, and TurboTax went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They fixed the problem within a day and provided the most utmost professional customer service.

She worked hard to get my return done quickly and accurately, while getting me the maximum refund possible. I couldn't be more appreciative of Danielle's assistance.
