We were logged on to the recommended browser with a new computer and received assistance from TurboTax representatives, but for some reason the platform got us caught in multiple loops and then ultimately filed the incorrect information and blended multiple W-2's together. Terrible experience. GO TO AN ACCOUNTANT INSTEAD
