Rated 3 out of 5 by from It seems to have a bug this year Every time I click continue the program sends me out to my home page on my computer and I keep having to go back into to the program and in and out and in and out! Frustrating. Also, my last years AGI is correct, but it's not being accepted by IRS and my pin number isn't accepted but can't get back to it to change it if that would even work! So looks like I have to file snail mail!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is Lit Man, I've been calling this a scam for years. Turbotax is the real deal, they didn't just file my taxes for free, they e-file them for free. Next year I'm going to have to upgrade so that I can see what else they have to offer. I wanted desperately to do it this year but I'm a little broke due to the pandemic. Thank God for turbotax, you guys are lit. As we say in the hood, thanks guys.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mostly Helpful but More Confusion This Year I've been filing with TurboTax for about 6 years and this year was probably the most confusing because there were times I felt there should be additional information links when there were not. Some of the questions I had were able to be answered through the Help feature and community chat questions, but there was a couple times I was still confused. This may be partially due to changes in the state taxes, but I was a little disappointed.
