I had to get the advisor service.....more money....of course your business loves that. I have used your product for quite a few years, I would like to continue, but, if I encounter the problems that I had tonight, that will be the end of me using your company. The only thing that saved you is DEJA/ A VERY HELPFUL PERSON.... ALSO YOUR HELP SERVICE WAS NOT HELPFUL ON THIS ISSUE I HAD TONIGHT. THANK YOU! AND THANK DEJA........SHE GOT ME THROUGH YOUR MAZE.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor software experience Had troubles in past years with software glitches, usually minor. This year extraordinarily bad. Sending back through to double charge for state. The two states downloaded the first time I was charged, went through the processing of the returns but then couldn't e file and then sent me back through the process of purchasing again. Can't e-file state and right now having problems accessing to be able to mail. I am not a novice with the software. You don't have a problem processing payments through and for your programs, you simply have a problem delivering what you sale. I can't afford that. Sorry doesn't get for the inconvenience and frustration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was easy, fast, and short Used the software for the first time. It was a lot easier that I expected, and even had "personal" touch, which actually relaxed me. I will not go back to my tax prep software. Great Job!
