Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to use I filed taxes for my Wife's mom's boyfriend. I needed to set up a new account and such. It was very easy to set up a new account for him and get text alerts. It easily guides you along to do everything. You just plug in numbers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was good, but take quite a bit of time While the live chat eventually resolved the issues i had with the person's help, guidance [and doing something on his end], it was very hard to understand the person; each time I had to ask him to repeat once or more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Constantly tries to get you to upgrade and.... It is constantly prompting you to upgrade and it isnt always obvious how to get around the spam to the next screen. Very annoying. At the end they want you to agree to allowing them to collect your info that they promise not to sell and there is no button to skip it. You have to click the file button on the side of the screen to bypass.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nickel and Diming Me for Everything Why do you need $25 for each state to send them via e-file. We know the process is automated so what am I paying for? Encryption? Microsoft lets me encrypt every email if I wanted and doesn't charge me $25 per email.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Year DONE! We've been using Turbo Tax as a family since 2017. Like the step by step process-allows you to go back if needed. You can check as many times as you need. I like to enter in manually. Goes off prior history, so helps to remind you of what you had previous years and avoid missing an entry
