Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult to use, buggy UI I had a lot of challenges using Turbotax Live Full Service. My first call was unclear whether I was being transferred to a tax expert and instead just hung up on me. Then when I was placed with a tax expert they gave me a timeline that it could be done by March 31st and later came back and said I'd need to file an extension because it couldn't be done by April 18. That person left turbotax so I got transferred to another person. She found some errors that the last person entered and instead of getting a few thousand dollars back I now owed thousands of dollars. Additionally the QA team flagged my backdoor roth conversions and my tax expert had to fight them to let her treat it correctly. This is a common tax strategy, why does the turbotax QA team not understand it? Turbotax is selling confidence and ease but I have low confidence that my taxes are correct and it's been a nightmare. I will be looking elsewhere next year. Also, the login button changes size when it switches to the loading spinner and it looks janky. If the basics of a first impression are janky, that's setting my expectations for the rest of the experience.
