Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! Usually I do my own taxes with TurboTax. 2020 was more complicated due to a change in circumstances, so I decided to use TurboTax live. My live expert was very helpful and efficient. Would definitely use TurboTax live again.

I heard from the ads on the tv, mobile and from family that turbo tax helped with filing taxes and getting them qualify for a tax return. I had someone help me do this knowing that this was too difficult for me. The tax helper was very friendly and helpful. After answering a few questions through text chat, she did the rest for me. The best part was I pay a reasonable price for this service where as other sources would probably pay extra. I got a decent tax return after everything was said and done. I would definitely use this service again in my future tax filing.
