Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has gotten worse over the years Turbo Tax makes it way too difficult to change from different products. I had to clear all my info after entering everything because I could not get out of the "Deluxe" product. That was what their Q&A instructed me to do. So I cleared all my information and it still made me pay for the Deluxe. I used to like Turbo Tax but now it's starting to feel scammy and it's definitely not financially accessible for the average person.
