Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax was so so Filing the my tax via web interface instead of downloading it was ok. My complaint was with the call back the first evening the person called, put me on hold and never came back. Tonight when I tried to give my consent for the ID restoration and audit representation, as soon as I typed my first name it gave an "incorrect entry error". Then when I called and waited more than the 20 minutes...I got a call but no-one said anything on the other end .....totally useless "feature"

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Radically Simple Bro First time filing my taxes on my own, and didn't struggle at all. Everything was super easy and laid out in a clear and coherent way. Only complaint is that I wish there had been a notice when choosing to have the cost taken out of the tax-return, that there would be an additional $40 tacked on to the price for that 'convenience'. Overall a splendid platform for doing your taxes on.
