Rated 1 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but still frustrating TurboTax is easy to use but I am unhappy with my experience because I am forced to upgrade due to having an HSA. I end up taking the standard deduction every year and the HSA is the only thing making a difference between me being able to file for free and having to pay $130ish dollars to TurboTax. I will likely not be coming back to save that money since I am doing all the work to fill stuff out and my taxes are fairly simple, anyways.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really Helpful, a few glitches I am so grateful that Turbo Tax exists. I can't imagine having to figure this out on my own. I did see some glitches while I was on the call with the Turbo Tax professional. She confirmed that some of the tech has glitches but she also helped me find a way around it. She was so helpful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS AMAZING I have been using this software for years and even when they audited me they found nothing wrong. I am SO, SO, SO happy with this program. I buy one for each of my children too...for their taxes. Money well spent!!!!
