Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible value, not easy to deal with complexity Absolutely HATE that you pay such a high fee for the software. Then, you get charged extra for every state per filing AND you get charged extra to pay (whether it's via credit card or deducting from your refund). Just give me the all in price, it's such a scam. It's takin advantage of the fact that you're stuck doing it through the software at that point. Lastly, the tool has dealt with my IRA conversions incorrectly every single year, I was a former tax professional and know how to navigate the forms well enough to fix them, but it's not easy to understand or edit. It is absolutely overwhelming for most people and for a tool that is supposed to make things easier, it is not.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kind of Disappointed this Year I have used Turbo for a while I even have my whole family using this service however the one time I needed expert help it was a complete waste of time and paying for the service. So I had to end the waste of time chat with a rep who would not respond just point and just delete my first attempt and start over. During my second attempt it was marking my ineligible to e-file due to wages having same amounts or something however it wouldn't tell me where the issue was so again I had to start again. I will however say though this year was more difficult I do appreciate the service.
