Rated 5 out of 5 by from I could never do this myself, thanks! I could never compile all my deductions and figure out house sales and purchases on my own. $90 is totally worth it to forfeit the struggle fest that would be doing my taxes without any help. And it saves $ not having a CPA do it.

I don't recall which question it was, but the question in the title was opposite of the question in the sub-description. I decided to answer based on the question in the title.

The live chat via text feature was awesome, although my guy couldn't answer my question, I waited for a real human I could see who was knowledgable of the turbotax product and with the current political influence on my taxes. He advised me to wait for Turbotax to take care of the updates right in my income part of my taxes. Good advice! Great, Great Product! Great instant support. We modern folk, we like INSTANT!

He made the process EXTREMELY easy and not stress free. All I had to do was upload documents, and he did the rest. I have been doing my own taxes through TurboTax for years. I will definitely pay more to get someone else to do it. Worth the stress free experience.
