I called the customer service and Denise did an excellent job in finding out why I was paying my state taxes. Come to find out, HI taxed my whole return even the 10k that was exempt from being taxed. Ridiculous. Nonetheless, great service.

She had all kinds of forms to sift through and I thought it would take me forever to do. TurboTax made it as painless as possible (mother-in-law was standing right next to me). Would recommend to everyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Took all day to do my taxes...instead of weeks. I worked for an MIT startup AI company in 1986 that designed an expert system to calculate taxes, which flopped. It's a difficult application to write. I would have never believed it'd be possible. Good job Intuit.

I appreciate her so much this was my first time to file on my own and our AGI number was off from what the IRS had from 2019 we finally figured it out. My heart is beating 100 miles an hour I'm so excited! Thank you Thank you Thank you Alice and Turbo Tax!
