Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peezy! Best way to go! I prefer to do my own taxes at home. It used to be overwhelming - also the idea of a stranger handling my personal information is uncomfortable. In this case I simply enter the information straight from the w2's and any other necessary forms and answer some questions and we zip right through it. You have the choice of assistance through chat or over the phone and that is always a pleasure the people are so nice and patient and professional. It takes a lot of the trepidation away!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax has become a horrible way to file Turbo Tax does not ask for your Identity Protection Personal Pin and now after finishing my taxes, I can't get the state and federal to approve my submission. Now I'm stuck mailing in my return. Thanks Turbo Tax. I'm done using you to do my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TTax is getting worst I could not file this return on-line and had to file by mail. No support on why I had to file by mail. I am seriously considering using another tax software. I've been using Ttax for 10+ years. Since they got acquired by Intuit, the functionality gets worst each year . Take your product profits and shove it.
