Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very upset that I spent my money on this Employees were very energetic.. about moving onto the next customer. Both CPAs I talked to wanted to finish as fast as possible. Which was a surprise because last year I had excellent service. The service I got today would be on par with what I imagine Walmart's tax services offer. I don't get it, last year the CPA was incredibly thorough and I felt really secure in what I was submitting. This year I did not have a "warm and fuzzy" when I submitted. I felt lost, confused, and that I had waisted my money when I could have gone to H&R for half the price and double the amount of employee care.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in Turbo Tax this year Turbo Tax live expert experience was poor. I didn't get any personal assistance at all. I sold a home, bought another home, changed jobs and had a question and didn't get help. I have used Turbo tax for years. I was disappointed.
