Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just as good as a tax accountant I have been using turbo tax since 1991 and have never had an audit. Before that I use a tax accountant for more than 10 years and my preparation is the same for both, but the cost is less.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Calculations are not functioning as they should Have no income other than Social Security and the system would not let me file that way. Kept getting error - I had to force the line 9 calculation by entering an amount in 'interest' before it would go through - took 2 days to figure it out. There is no option for not having a W2 at all and therefore it would not accept anything I put in or recognize that I had reviewed it. Someone should test the various scenarios before publishing. If I needed help I would have had to pay to find out your mistake.
