Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great program except for small glitch The program is excellent and easy to use. It saved me more money on taxes than Taxslayer. However, TN does not file state income taxes and turbo tax has a glitch that applied a $21 interest I earned on a saving account I put on my federal tax return section and was forcing me to file a state income tax, which turbo tax charges $25 for. I called and I just had to check a box to not file the state return now in order to e-file my federal taxes, which still should not apply to me or TN. Turbo Tax needs to fix this frustrating glitch.

I purchased the 2020 Turbo Tax Deluxe at Sam's Club for $49.88 then found out that I had to pay another $60 when I uploaded the program. I may have to look at other options next year. This additional fee should have been listed on the original package when purchased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor eFiling VERY difficult efiling. Had to match IRS records with my actual filed returns from previous year. Two-step verfication via cell phone locked up the software; had to get Intuit personnel to undo the problem - 2 hours of work AFTER the tax return was prepared just to efile. No Thanks to this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax worked for me I have been using turbo tax for 5 years now and it just seems t make my tax filing life easier every year. It still takes some time to complete and answer all of the pages, but the step by step prompting makes it pretty effortless.
