Rated 2 out of 5 by from too many endless loops I already wrote a review- how come it disappeared? TTax program has too many 'clicks', and endless loops. Then it locked me out of my account. frustrating. Thankfully with the help of a very nice lady at the help desk, a REAL PERSON!, I was able to get back into it.
