Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tool for preparing and filing taxes With too many things happening in life, I was able to address all the tax situation arising out of it with the tool. Gabriel, who was the tax expert from TurboTax went over and reviewed , made sure I have filled it correctly and answered all my questions promptly and professionally.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Initial software issue. Took 2 hours to figure out an apparent software glitch that caused a Keychain password box to pop up whenever I went to the file menu. Luckily many other people had this issue which I discovered through Google. Would not accept my password. A reboot solved it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from marginally better than other software This product was marginally more useful to other software that does the same thing. I spent nearly $300 for a product that was extremely frustrating at times, and unhelpful at others. It was less helpful, and more expensive than previous years. The only thing that gave it a second star, is the user interface. If that was not intuitive and easy to navigate, this product would receive one star from me. This product is so bad it has made me want to run for elected office so that I can change the way taxes are filed (a "check this box if this is not how much you should receive" style system) to make everyone's lives a little easier, and to pull money away from this corporation. Still this product is marginally better than other, similar products.
