And it has been especially important for the past two years because of a job change and going independent contractor! Having their live assistants to help cover any of my questions have been amazing! The service is great and they are quick to help with any hiccups you may encounter along the way! Thanks so much TurboTax family!

It's fairly easy to use, there's always lots of info and help available for items you may not understand, and they are cheaper than other tax prep. services which means I get to keep more of my money!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but way too pricey I've been using turbo tax for several years and have been very happy with the ease of use. However, $110 to file my own taxes is now in the ballpark of having them done by a CPA. I will probably be switching next year.
