Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is user-friendly! I found Turbo Tax's user -interface to be mostly intuitive. Their system takes the "sting" out of preparing taxes by guiding the user through the process in a logical and friendly manner. I like the fact that they make available answers to questions the user may have along the way. Overall, I'm very pleased with Turbo Tax Deluxe!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive and the upgrades push is ridiculous I like the product for the ease of entry etc and the friendly format. I hate that everytime i turnaround they are pushing an upgrade for more money. This year they pushed one right at the end and I ended up paying by accident. Unlike a regular vendor website there is no way for me to talk to someone and get that charge turned around and removed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My biggest refund in ten years! David performed exceptionally well. He was a competent professional who patiently worked with me to complete my 2020 taxes. When it was all said and done, my tax refund equaled $1,800 higher than the previous ten years. I look forward to working again with him next year to get my biggest refund!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from resubmit CA experience TurboTax premier is well worth the money. The help from the tax expert found my reason for State rejection quickly and stepped me thru it with thought and interactive dialogue. Turbo Tax is a very useful tool and great value. Thanks to the expert.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was not okay I put all my information and for some reason I had to pay for deluxe addition. It never told me why I needed to or anything. and when I tried to get in contact with an agent it wanted me to pay for the turbo tax live. yet my brother who did his taxes today along side me didn't pay at all. This was the worst year to do taxes and I'm never doing them here again
