Rated 2 out of 5 by from great but buggy and there was really no recourse I had an issue with the site freezing after the review process when it would take me to input a date on my form 1099. I spoke to multiple people and none of them had a real solution, simply suggestions that might work. Eventually one of their suggestions kind of worked but also not really. Some how i managed to finally file my return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good I have always enjoyed using TurboTax. This year appeared a bit more complicated. I had to do more clicks to get to the next sections. It wasn't as self driven as previous years. It didn't amaze me with the "prepare to be amazed"! when it couldn't pull in my 1098's from my bank login. I had to enter them manually. Not amazing considering the cost to file is so much higher. It is still much easier than the standard process and less expansive than a CPA, but am not sure if I have the same confidence that I had the best calculations as I did with past years
