Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good but also confusing Overall it's nice that they're able to distill a bunch of complex forms down to a question and answer style form. However, many of the instructions are vague and unclear, and often it's hard to know whether I'm going down the right path to get the maximum tax credits and deductions possible. It really ought to be made easier than it is.

After gathering the same materials I usually hand to an accountant, it takes very little time to enter all info and find all the tax breaks. Very few glitches and they're always explained on the website. Saved a bunch of money!

Responded to my email in a timely minutes. She just made feel very comfortable. Rebecca was just awesome awesome. I really would like to have her again as my tax preparer.
