Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peasy This was my first time using TurboTax for my returns, and I'm kicking myself for not using it before. It was so easy, it found extra deductions I didn't see, and substantially increased my refunds from my (feeble) attempts at filling out all the forms. I'm telling all my friends, and I'll never pay an accountant or try to do it myself again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Generally happy user for 20 years, but... I need to report income taxes paid on my behalf in several other states. I am on the "Other State Tax Credit Summary" page. I click on "Add Another State". It lets me add the state, my income for the state, and the tax paid for the state. The "ME Tax Due" reflects my entry. Then I click "Continue" AND IT THROWS EVERYTHING AWAY AS IF I NEVER ENTERED ANYTHING. This bug has been in the Maine State version of TurboTax FOR YEARS. I have this problem EVERY YEAR. I report the problem EVERY YEAR. IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. LAST YEAR I HAD TO AMEND MY STATE RETURN BECAUSE TURBOTAX SCREWED THIS UP. I have used TurboTax for 20 years, but If you do not tell me you have fixed it this year, I am switching to H&R Block next year.
