Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax still a winner TurboTax was not able to retrieve my return from last year. I called customer service and they were not able to help me retrieve my return. I don't know what happened, but I am disappointed that after 15 years of filing with TurboTax there was no way to retrieve my return. I had to enter everything from scratch!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They make it easy I don't like that you charged me and took money out of my State Return when the extra money for the credit was on the Federal side only then you charge me an additional fee for making me take Deluxe package to get the additional money. Taking $157.00 from someone who needs it is a load of crap.

I have transitioned through being a HS student with a parttime job, college student, to a professional in my career. This is still the best product I have used for my taxes that makes it easy for me to understand and at the best rate. Highly recommend!
