Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Did a Great Job! I was very impressed with the full service premier service I selected. I was assigned Ernest as my tax prep dude and he was very friendly and kind. He asked the right questions and I feel confident that he did my taxes right. I also learned during the process that there is an audit process where 3 other tax experts reviewed my taxes to make sure they were done correctly. The process took about 9 days and Ernest kept in contact with me throughout the whole process.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This year I didn't like it This year I decided to pay the live full service. It was easy to talk to my representative. She was kind but this time she told me turbo couldn’t send my tax return electronically, even when I have the same situation as the last year, and last year turbo sent all my tax returns. I don’t see what’s the point to get full service if at the end I have to send all the documents by myself. Now I have to go and mail them and waste time doing it.
