Rated 3 out of 5 by from Service is great — depending who you have. Initially my case was picked up by an “expert” at the end of March and my case was not worked on for weeks. I was told my first expert to file an extension; otherwise, he would drop my case. I filed the extension but he dropped my case anyways. The 2nd “expert” picked up my case and did not work on it for weeks. She was delayed on her responses and had to reschedule our phone calls last minute a few times. Almost a month later, she finally started working on my filing and told me she could not proceed because one of the forms was beyond the scope of her service. The 3rd expert picked up my case and he was actually exceptionally good (at that point, my expectation was super low and i was super frustrated). Nonetheless, the last expert I had has good credentials (both an attorney and CFA) and he was able to get this done within a day, which makes me wonder why it took weeks for the first 2 experts to even tell me they couldn’t help me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible sewrvice I had uploaded my documents prior to the filing deadline. I was assigned an accountant he same day. A few days later I was told to file an extension. The next I heard from her was after I reached out, around a month later. She said she was working on my taxes. Within a week I received a message that she was signing off without completing my taxes and I was being reassigned to another accountant. Many issues with this service. 1 - I submitted my documents on time, I shouldn't have had to file for an extension. 2 - the only communication I received from her was after I reached out. 3 - she said she was working on my taxes, only to sign them over to someone else. At lease the second accountant was decent. I was a Turbotax user for almost a decade, I will never use them again.
