Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading up-sells and marketing tricks Could partly be my fault, but it definitely was not clear that I had not selected the free edition of Turbo Tax. once I had spent hours inputing my information, I realized there were $160 in fees, which I only paid state last year. The only option Turbotax provides is to erase and start over. they don't even offer a simple crossover of information. They're not very clear on fees upfront so beware.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from fair I have used Turbotax for years and always been very happy until this year. I have not been able to file this year . It keeps telling me I need to make a correction, but then won't let me make the correction and no way to make contact.
