They offer different packages to make sure you get the best refund possible, including a free package to file your taxes!! They even have live chat available if you need help clarifying information. Also throughout the process they provide information that helps your knowledge of your taxes. I'll definitely continue using them to file my taxes.

We went on line and purchased your protection. I can't tell if I bought it twice. You need to fix this because it looks like you don't know what you're doing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK Turbo Tax takes a long time to load from disk. Then when it is finished loading and updating, and you proceed to open Turbo Tax it doesn't open. Does this every year. You have to open it from the icon on desktop. When imputing investment sales, you allowed for a summary of each sales category. But that didn't work. Had to enter all individually.
