Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok but they don't fix recurring items gets the job done but there are quirks that have been there for years and they don't fix them. They have info from my imported return but ask for it anyway, thinks my spouse did not have full insurance coverage all year but it never asked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use. I have used Turbo Tax for 20+ years. The primary reason is because of the ease of use. And each year the program has been refined to allow it to be more user friendly. Prior to using TurboTax, I was paying a lot of money to a CPA to complete and file my taxes. And I ended up having to pay still more money to the IRS. My first-time using TurboTax, I actually received a refund! And I have been using the program ever since. I have never had to use the Customer Service portion of the program because the examples and explanations given within the actual program have been sufficient for my purposes. Through the years I have recommended TurboTax to friends and relatives with positive feedback. Though my financial situation and filing requirements have markedly downgraded over the past 10 years, I see no reason to stop using Turbo Tax at this point in time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from request for additional capability I'd like to see a way to bypass putting in all the deduction information when it ultimately comes up with the standard deduction anyway (which I already know will happen given previous tax year's experiences)
