Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax does the job, but is a bit hard to use. There is a "bug" in the software when I print or create a PDP of the completed Oregon tax return. I use Direct Deposit for my refund, and the bank account has 17 digits, but TT drops the last digit (in paragraph 53). I was unsure if my refund would actually come to my bank account! This detail is buried in the eFile bar code so I didn't know for sure. I was afraid to do the eFile (not knowing). I decided to call the TT Help number, and talked to "Jaquissa" on 3/31/23 around 8PM PT. She was terrific! Very patient, listened to my concerns, stepped me through an investigation, convinced me that since it was correct on the Form, I would get my refund. She's a gem!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So thorough and helpful I couldn't have done it without the TurboTax live option as a small business owner doing taxes on a budget. I also learned along the way and appreciated being in every peak and valley of my taxes. I can't say taxes are ever fun, but TurboTax definitely makes it engaging, informative, and it has a really friendly interface which helps too.
