It also didn't ask if my retirement /pension with North Carolina State was covered under the Bailey decision concerning Federal, State and Local Retirement benefits. Finally, the cost for filing a State return has always been too expensive and it has gone up!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy, but... I like using Turbo Tax because it is fast and easy but this time I noticed I was charged $119 plus a $15 credit when filing. At the same time I look at the website and the price displayed is $89 with a $10 discount to total $79. I called customer support and said there was nothing that could be done. It doesn't feel right when the price you are being charged is different by $40 on the displayed price on the website.
