Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Convenient I was pretty hesitant to use turbo tax live along with the price tag that goes along with it. This year I could've gone to someone in person but given COVID etc, I thought it was just better to try to do everything from the comfort of my own home. My tax preparer was kind and patient and really took her time with answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend the service

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like turbotax Generally very easy to complete, occasionally not all the dots are connected until the review, and it is confusing during the review because the big picture is not presented, Only the one sees is the little detail that might not be complete, but it could have a lot of ramifications.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointed I've used Turbo Tax for 20+years but I've extremely disappointed. IRS shows sending the refund to our bank on March 9th and as of June 25th still nothing. The bank, Wells Fargo says they never received it. We can't get answers and we're out our refund during a very difficult time financially.
