Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hugely disappointed this year in TurboTax Premier I have been using TurboTax since at least 2002 and was always satisfied. This year because TurboTax did not use the information imported to fill out my PA state tax return for brokerage sales I had to spend a week creating supporting documentation (29 pages of it) to enable me to file my PA return. I know the information was imported from my brokerages because it is there in my federal return, but was not used by TurboTax to create PA Schedule D filing documents. This was a major disappointment. Also, while filling out my PA return the PA Schedule D documents changed one day to different totals and then changed back a couple of days later - no idea why. I retained copies to prove it. The import function is supposed to avoid this sort of situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Worth the Price I have used TT for years. As I get older, my taxes become more complicated and this year (2020) was no exception. I use TT to file electronically in two states in addition to the Feds. My TT products cost about $200 a year and I think that is a real bargain.
